from pregnancy through the first 3 years of life

PARENT-CHILD-ATTACHMENT

Why is a healthy parent-baby attachment so important? A healthy attachment formed in the first year of life will serve as the foundations for Baby's relationship to herself and others. If that attachment is a strong one, he will learn to trust in himself and others and have the best tools to form healthy and loving relationships throughout his lifetime.

What does a healthy attachment look like? How can I start during pregnancy? What can I do during the first years of my child’s life to support the attachment? How will it change over the years, for example when my child starts daycare?

Join Dr. Marjorie Kinney, clinical psychologist, to hear the answers to these questions and much more.
