The course by Kira and Christine really helped me to calm down and feel more prepared for the birth of my girl. They were both really knowledgeable and it was wonderful to see how they really wanted to help us know what our choices are and how it all works on Germany. They were both very approachable aswell, which made asking questions a lot more easier. I love how real they were, and took the time and effort to explain things to us that no one else would have. I was really scared before the course, but now I am practicing my exercises, breathing and massage techniques with my husband and I am already starting to feel more calm. Thank you Kira and Christine for such a superb course. I know that it is making a huge difference in our lives.
