I absolutely loved this course and so did my partner. We were concerned that it was only one day and how we would soak in all the information, but it was perfectly planned. It was not only knowledge-filled, but it also explained cultural differences that we can expect during birth from a normal, no-issues birth to an emergency c-section. Dr. Christine was patient and explained everything, what happens to our bodies, what is recommended to wear at the hospital, how our partners can support us during birth and postpartum, etc. I would and will recommend this course not only to English speakers but to anyone that is having a baby.
