The preparation course was very interactive, a lot of fun and very useful. Me and my husband really enjoyed it and liked the whole way the course was facilitated. The birth stages have been clearly described and illustrated. At the same time Christine and Kira were always open for questions. Also the exercised were demonstrated in an easy-to-follow manner. Apart from that we also appreciated the personal atmosphere, warmth and kindness as well as openness of Kira and Christine. All in all it was a great experience that helped us gain a lot of insights and get prepared for the birth of Salma.
